JOB TITLE, (see positions noted below) ENGINEERED AIR BALANCE, CO, INC. I started as a Field Technician and steadily progressed up through the company as a Project Supervisor, Project Manager, Scheduling Manager and finally as Branch Manager of the Dallas office (home office of corporation).
I have extensive experience with HVAC systems, which includes work related to airport facilities, educational facilities (from Primary through Universities), commercial buildings, industrial/manufacturing facilities, data centers, hospital and medical buildings, medical research facilities, retail stores and malls, municipal buildings, religious institutions, long term health care facilities, military facilities, nuclear power plants and numerous aviation related office complexes, reservation buildings, training and simulator complexes. JOB TITLE, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, REED, WELLS, BENSON CO. I joined Reed, Wells and Benson in May of 2017 as a Senior Project Manager. I provided QA of mechanical project design documents, performed on-site field inspections of active projects, attended project and owner meetings, aided in resolving field and design issues, performed inspections/surveys of facilities for future design projects. JOB TITLE, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, Hill & Wilkinson I joined Hill & Wilkinson in May of 2017 as a Senior Project Manager. and worked in their CXL division.
At CXL, I supervised and provided scheduling for the field personnel, reviewed plans and project documents and provided bidding for projects. If there were problems in the field, I would work with the respective personnel to trouble shoot the problems and resolve the issues. I also attended projects meetings when required.
I developed strategies and documentation for projecting timelines and personnel requirements for future projects, tracking the various projects in progress, determining the reporting requirements and timelines, and documenting project completion and closeout documents. Prior 2
to the reports being issued, I reviewed each project report before it was authorized to be sent to the respective clients.
I also revised the reporting format to improve the documentation to provide consistent reports that were easily understood by the various people involved with projects, including architects, engineers, construction personnel and owner’s representatives. EDUCATION
