Served as Lead Technician in the day to day processes of, servicing, maintaining, and repairing PC’s, Printers, Laptops, and Audio Visual Devices.
oDeveloped and maintained inventory tracking database using Microsoft Access. This system has gone through several iterations since my departure from Field Engineering, and it is still in use today. In addition to the development of an inventory database, I was successful in implementing a service tracking system, in order to log devices that where under repair, either in house or at a vendors location, as well as tracking the costs for these repairs to be reported to the director of operational services.
