Design Engineer and Application Developer

1. Started working as a Design Engineer. Specialise in Storage Tanks (API 650 Internal and external, Fixed roof and Floating Roof), Pressure vessels and Offshore Pipelines. Designing, 3D Modelling, analysis and Production Drawings. 2. This past year I started my journey as an Application Developer, where I am working on AMEPlant and AMETank (Applications used to perform Engineering services as mentioned in Point 1). The platform used for development is AML (Adaptive Modelling Language), a Lisp based framework.

PROJECTS

Offshore Pipeline Project, Bonaire

Pipeline Analysis for Offshore pipeline from Jetty area to Distribution Terminal. Also validating their remaining thickness as per B31.4.

1. 3D Modelling and Prodction Drawing for Airport Terminal carrying HSD from Jetty to Terminal.

2. Remaining Life analysis for the corroded lines (for Inspection purposes) 3. Remaining Strength analysis calculation (as per ASME B 31G) Offshore Piping SHELL, Fredericia Denmark

3D Modelling and Site Inspection for Pipelines carrying Aviation fuel and HSD (High Speed Diesel) from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 (with an intermediate pumping station) 1. 3D Modelling, Inspection and Analysis as per API 570, API RP 571 and ASME B31.4

(Transportation Piping) and ASME B 31.3 (Process Piping) 2. Sag calculation for the same.

AMEPlant Application

Building an Application for Designing and modelling of Oil and Gas Plant. Working in the Accessways Team, responsible for developing logically intelligent geometries for the Application and developing a mechanism for auto-generating their production drawings.

AMETank Application

AMETank is an application which helps in designing and modelling of Storage Tank (API 650 approved)

Working with the Structure Team to add and implement structure geometry in the current application
