:

Outdoor electrical enclosure IP 55 designing for MCC panel (one incomer & starters), preventing from solid dust & water jet by nozzle from any direction.

Role

:

Welded panel designing with” Double door & canopy on top busbar section” to satisfy ingress progression 55 criteria.

Outer door & inner door contain double bend & single bend respectively

CRCA material selection for enclosure designing

Integration of mechanical hardware in assembly

Performing Static & thermal analysis on Sledworks.

Computing calculation of Aluminum busbar & placed in vertical busbar chamber in assembly.

Placement of switchgears components in feeder following SLD, Scheme & BOM (SD Starter, DOL Starter).
