MINI PROJECT: Eco friendly Paper Shredder Machine.

• Developed a Paper Shredder Machine with affordable cost - prototype model which can be used in schools, colleges and offices to tear off the waste paper for easily Disposal . MAIN PROJECT: Reduction of setup time in GMPL Super Finishing Machine. Company : Ashok Leyland ltd, Ennore.

• Improved the production of the Crankshafts by reducing the setup time in the GMPL Super Finishing Machine from 18 hours to 5 hours by using SMED Principle (one common C-frame was used for two different types of Crankshafts).

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING WORK:

• In-plant Training in Engineers workshop (EWS), Arakkonam.

• I had 3 days’ workshop about Additive Manufacturing engineering in Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT), Kundrathur.

• I had 2 days hands-on training on Dismantling and Assembling of Automotive Engines conducted in S.A Engineering College.

• I had One day Workshop about Machine Design (HEXAFRIM Multi-tech Services Private Limited).
