oSupporting on CO-Driver complete seat utility and passenger vehicle program.

oTo support JIT and proposals on Foam, Trim, Wire harness & Plastics.

oSupporting for complete seat drawing.

oChecking all the open issues with Kinematic & design position and with environment.

oPLM upload (Team Center) support of complete seat BOM.

2.Project –- BACK BOARD FOR 1R CO DRIVER SEAT:

Software – CATIA V5 R18

Work Nature:

oReceived input styling for customer

oCreated tooling direction with existing bench mark as reference and checked draft analysis for styling.

oCreated closed body and added features to it.

oChecked all the clashes with environment and updated the part as per customer

3.Project –- SIDE RECLINER COVER:

Software – CATIA V5 R18

Work Nature:

oModifying the A-Class surface according to the new packaging customer input data.

oCreated the tooling direction and checked the draft analysis for the modified A-Surface.

oCreated the closed body for the new modified A-surface.

oAdded features to the closed body.

oCreated the parting line and Slider direction to the features for the side recliner cover.

oChecked the contact and clearances for the metal parts and the side recliner cover.

oChecked the draft analysis and clash analysis for the completed part.

4.MAIN DOOR SUBSTRATE (Interior door trim)

Work Nature:

oGenerated A-Side and B-Side surfaces with styling surfaces and master sections as input.

oPerformed draft analysis to find out the best tooling direction.

oGenerated the class B and closed surface to obtain the closed body.

oProposing the parting line and draft angle for the smooth clearing of core and cavity.

oDeveloped engineering features on the final body as per the 2D proposals considering the environment data and master sections.
