Objective: My primary objective is to apply the skills I have gained in the fields of politics and education and direct them towards a permanent career as a middle school or upper school English Language Arts, history, or political science teacher in a prestigious school committed to scholastic development in the Washington, D.C metropolitan area. I have worked as an elementary and secondary teacher for several years, both domestically and internationally, and possess the desired knowledge and skills to be a competent and successful educator. This experience includes several years in Taiwan during which time I was employed as both an elementary ELA teacher, middle school world history and geography teacher, high school American history instructor, as well as co-director at two highly-structured and demanding curricula, for which I received immense praise and recognition. My strong interpersonal, logistical, and analytical skills, as well as my exceptional proficiency in oral and written English, make me an ideal candidate for a position in this field.

Acted as a sixth-grade and eleveth-grade history teacher, seventh-grade Eastern Geography teacher, and the director of the pet care club at a new school with an ethnically diverse student body in an affluent area of Hsinchu County. The school emphasizes education in an English-language environment.

Korrnell Academy, Zhubei City, Taiwan, Elementary Teacher, Feb.-July, 2018

Taught first and second grade social studies, phonics, and science courses in a private, elementary, English-language school in an affluent district of Hsinchu County. Additionally, I worked at an afternoon cram school affiliated with Korrnell. The latter included fourth grade mathematics, second grade science, and first grade English Language Arts and science courses.
