Performed construction supervision on the contractor to ensure the compliance with the project contract and client standards and regulations.

Daily inspections and Snags identification and follow up on clearing those.

Verification and follow up of NOCs with the authorities and ensuring the requirements are met.

Preparation of shop drawings, as built drawings, material submittals, method statement, testing procedures, inspection forms, request for information, invoices, quotations, claims.

Prepare and make set up data base for maintenance to all appointed buildings including necessary re- commissioning by third side and to recommend any required schedules.

Coordinates and be responsible for implementation of any improvement, modification, and/or rectification works required following the recommendation of the Owner.

Monitoring on construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time& cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output for the projects.

Preparing and reviewing Daily,weekly and monthly progress reports .

Coordinating manpower planning and planning for competency building

Coordinating with HR team about daily/weekly and monthly Manpower Requirement for theproject.

Performed all site related activities including inspections, surveys, testing, estimation, and cost calculations.
