Working on generating Polymer Nanotech coatings for solar low emissivity materials.

To develop low-cost proprietary, low emissivity coating for retrofitting existing windows (made up of Indium Tin Oxide) for which University of Alberta granted an amount of $95,000.

Developing a thermal sensing cantilever with a material coating to block near Infrared radiation.

Piramal Pharma Solutions, India Manufacturing Engineer Full time May 2018-September 2019

As a manufacturing engineer, managed BMR initiatives that turned around the performance of the company.

Implemented efficient workflows that increased the productivity of products by 10%.

Worked with R&D scientists to test scale-up processes and coordinated with interdisciplinary teams in finalizing product specifications and testing procedures.

Followed FDA regulations, GMP and Standard Operating Procedures for commencing and completion of products.

PROJECTS

CMP shallow trench isolation on microchips in semiconductor industries- Review Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India July 2017 – Oct 2017

Shallow trench isolation is a key technology in isolating the transistors. The process involves creating shallow trenches in between the transistors and filling the trenches with insulator. The excess insulator deposited on the surface has to be removed. This is done by polishing the surface using chemical mechanical planarization (CMP).

Presented a Poster on this in Chemtech World Expo 2017 in Mumbai, India. Stood in the top 2% of 1000 applicants.

Photocatalytic degradation of Methylene Blue under sunlight using Graphene-SnO2 and Graphene-ZnO

composites for high efficiency University of Hyderabad, India Jan 2018 – April 2018

GO-SnO2 and GO-ZnO composite showed an enhanced photocatalytic degradation activity for the organic dye Methylene Blue under sunlight compared to bare SnO2 and ZnO in XRD, UV, and SEM characterization techniques.

Highlights on the versatile advantages of 2D graphene nanosheets in constructing photocatalysts for 95% efficient photocatalytic degradation of Methylene blue under sunlight.
