Showtime Event and Display April 2014 – January 2018 Position: Operations Manager

Duties: Manage and execute client proposals, schedule and execute the load-in and load-out of events, scheduling staff, venue contact with event manager and clients.

Hire, interview and train staff, invoicing, budgeting and labour cost management, inventory and cross rental organization, outsource additional labour for larger events and leading crews from 10 – 30 employees.

Position: Warehouse Manager

Duties: Organization, functionality, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving, overseeing rentals, pick-ups and managing equipment between 3 branches, as the middle hub. Supervise 4-8 employees. Plan and fabricate custom displays.

Duties: Trained and supervised 6-8 employees how to properly load trailers while maximizing volume and distribute weight properly, oversee all FDA shipments to avoid issues at the border, liaise with the Lane Managers to ensure all freight departs in an efficient manner and deadlines are met, creating load plans, distributing shipments throughout 10-12 trailers per shift.

Previous Level 1 First Aid, TDG Certified – WHMIS

5 Years single axle 5ton experience / Class 5 w/ air brake

Class 1 Manual license

Counterbalance forklift certificate

Mechanically inclined

Adaptable in high stress situations
