1.All maintenance Activities likes break down, preventive, predictive.

2.Roll Co-ordinate & Programming Drawings for CNC Reprofiling.

3.Development of machines where regular Breakdowns is Noticed.

4.To prepare daily maintenance Report.

5.Component Planning & Inspection According to drawing and Assembly.

6.To Maintain Maintenance system records, Work instruction, procedures.

7.Feedback from machining job component in vendors’ side.

8.Machine, tools & raw material provide to fitters.

9.Condition Monitoring of the plant.

10.Procurement of Raw materials.

Since January 2017 to Till Date :BHUSHAN POWER & STEEL LIMITED, Sambalpur (ORISSA) as Sr.Engineer (Tool Room & Mechanical Maintenance in Tube Plant)

Since Dec’2012 to July ’2016: Newlook Metal Tech Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad (sister concern of GMT INDUSTRIES LTD) as Engineer (Production & Design).

Production /Design Engineer (Newlook Metal Tech Pvt. Ltd)

Supervision of Rolls Manufacturing keeping in concern various Norms whichever and wherever applicable.

Investigating Rolls manf. / tube Mill Problems affecting production and dealing with them in a systematic manner.

Coordinating with design department to improve design according easy manufacturing .
