SUMMERY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Over 20 years experience in Quality Control. Extensive with inspecting and repairing circuits boards. Experience with mechanical and visual PCB inspector ability to use basic tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges and regular or hand held microscope, read understand blueprints.
DUTIES:
Verify Conformance to specification to traveler. Examine PCB circuitry to defect defects repais PCB. Records type and quality defectives Pcbs. Test adhesive ink to PCBs. LEVEL DISCRIPTION:
Knowledge - General knowledge of inspection practice and quality systems requirements.
Direction - Work under general direction.
Complexity - Solves problems of average complexity within own department. Scope - Errors in judgement would have moderate impact on department PHYSICAL DEMAND:
Requires to use hands to finger, handle or feel reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to sit. Regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
