Routinely drives the overall vision, strategic direction, goals, and initiatives for chartered Boys & Girls Club of America locations, while facilitating capacity growth.

• Systematically addressed a decade-long trend of declining mission metrics such as: registered membership, total youth served, and average daily attendance. Drafted and implemented operational priorities and comprehensive process improvements that aligned individual accountability and training for staff and volunteers.

• Successfully transitioned all Clubs to a one-member management system that tracks program delivery and adequately evaluated program metrics/sustainability. Performed meticulous system integration, research and analysis, to track progress and regularly evaluate program components, presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

FULTON COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT • POLICE OFFICER II • Held responsibility for protecting the peace within the community, protecting life and property, implementing crime prevention efforts, apprehending criminals, and enforcing the overall laws and ordinances for the State of Georgia. Continually displayed sound judgment under pressure in fast-paced environments, including life-threatening situations and emergency scenarios. In this role, gained exposure to kids who were part of the Boys & Girls Club, which ignited a passion for working with children and led to volunteering with the local club. Significantly reduced crime rate in the assigned patrol area by 12%, in partnership with community members and investigators. Led to a drastic uptake in annual giving, from $10K to $300K in just 5 years, slashing board-set revenue goals.

Expanded services county-wide from 1 to 5 Club sites, increased budget from $300-800K.
