PROJECT: FPSO – Rubicon Intrepid

Rubicon Intrepid is a single-sided floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel. Whereas, OMSAT company provide ROV and DIVING subsea service as per work contract.

NATURE OF WORKS:

Conduct cable termination, test, maintain and repair of 20 and 50 KVA Diesel Generators feed to Accommodation Container, Shower Container, Survey Container, Dive Control Container, ROV Control Container, Diving Gear Equipments and ROV Gear Equipments during mobilization and demobilization offshore operations.

Daily routine checks of oil, water and diesel levels and refill if necessary of 20 and 50 KVA Diesel Generators.

Provide physical work support during on-loading and off-loading of all Equipments and Materials as per project time schedule and general arrangements to supply vessel.

Carried out all Electrical works alone from design stage, procurement stage and construction stage of Survey Container and Dive Control Container as per client project specification and requirement for offshore operations.

Carried out all works as per PMS (Planned Maintenance System) of Accommodation Container, Shower Container, Survey Container, Dive Control Container and ROV Control Container on monthly basis and send reports directly to the OMSAT Managing Director.

Coordinate with rank or non-rank officer ship’s crew in all contacts of the work during offshore operations.

Coordinate with my company’s Offshore Manager, Survey Manager, Project Coordinator, ROV Supervisor, ROV Pilot, ROV Technician and Survey Technician in any additional electrical requirement to conduct ROV Operations.

NATURE OF WORKS:

Prepare final submissions and review material technical submittals by the vendors/suppliers/manufacturers prior to project specification compliance and requirements and submit to main contractor for consultant/client approval.

Conduct review of Shop Drawings and submit/resubmit to main contractor for consultant/client approval in line with compliance statement.
