Greetings! I am a passionate Yoga Teacher
with over 10 years of practice and 3+ years of
experience designing programs and leading
students through Hatha Yoga with Sivananda influence. I’m certified as a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance Registry. I have an in-depth knowledge of Yoga Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation, along with the spiritual elements of Yoga.
I have a natural ability to lead both calming and energetic classes while encouraging students to stay present and tuned in to the mind-body-breath connection. Through inspiring work, I lead students to experience a joyful connection to themselves and their essential aliveness. My teaching style is simple, practical and logical, while integrating eastern healing techniques. I customize classes to meet individual needs and medical considerations, including trauma and anxiety, by making modifications to poses, and through stress management. I practice, and aim to teach, the Five Points of Yoga. I truly am dedicated to teaching from the heart and always engage fully with my students during class.
