● Produced social media content aligned with the center’s vision through daily posts while focusing on engagement with followers on Facebook and Instagram.

● Assisted Acupuncturist with social media algorithms, and brainstormed and implemented methods to help build patient and local community connections within the acupuncture field such as sending out food baskets to local offices, and check-up calls on patients on a regular basis.

● Created appointments for patients, reviewed insurance claims, greeted and guided patients to their assigned rooms and got them ready and relaxed for their session.

● Worked on a local campaign advocating for clean energy on a referendum.

● Canvassed to get the word out about the campaign. Talked to the local community and helped enhance their understanding of clean energy and what the campaign was about, along with databasing contact info of voters and supporters.

● Created new content for the River Friendly program, which promotes water quality protection, lawn & garden maintenance, water conservation and wildlife habitat.

● Attended and assisted with workshops and outreach events in order to inform and spread awareness about the importance of watersheds and community help by promoting individual actions that can easily be taken at home.
