Expertise in Site creation and Integration in BSC and RNC.

BSC and RNC Troubleshooting and maintaining the established network.

Commissioning, Integration, Swapping and ATP of ZTE SDR BTS and Node B.

Troubleshooting of the BSC/RNC & BTS/Node-B related problems.

Carrier (TRX) and Sector up gradation and Degradation of the BTS sites as per customer request.

Responsible for the Rehoming of BTSs from one BSC to other BSC.

Responsible to resolve the Customer Call related issues.

Hardware checkup of BSC/RNC Cards, Maintenance of BSC, BTS, Daily KPI check up etc.

CRF implementation like Site creation, BSC/BTS parameter modification.

Configuration Set Creation, E1/IP Configuration, BTS/BSC parameter modification etc. using ISMG, LMT and Net Numan.

Neighbor Creation & Deletion.

TRX Creation, TRX parameter modification such as SDCCH and PDCH Channel allocation, Power management of each TRX etc.
