FMFML Mauritius was responsible for the finance and operations department. FMFM UK provides the advisory, transaction and due diligence services.

All the back-office staff were made redundant in 2016 as FMFML lost the fund management contract with PIDG Trust

Senior Finance and Operations Manager - Reporting: To the COO and FC (UK)

Responsible for the day to day running of the Mauritius office.

Accountable for the accounting and financial reporting of the companies.

Represented FMFML and the funds at their respective audit committee and Board meeting.

Prepared the company and funds’ cash forecast and annual budget above USD 60 million.

Head of operation– Business Unit: Asset Management back office division June 2011 – July 2015

Reporting: To the CEO and COO (Mauritius) and indirect reporting to the CEOs’ in various African Countries.

Responsible for the back-office administration of the Asset Management business unit. Functions: pricing of funds, valuation of securities (bond and equities), performance reporting, fund accounting functions, compliance and regulatory reporting.

Prepared various operational and financial reports for the CEO and COO.

Attended meetings (including overseas) to present the funds financial statements, compliance reports, and most importantly build relation.

In collaboration with the COO developed the department strategic objective and budget;
