Gas and Steam Turbine:

Involved in assemble and dissemble of complete steam turbine overhauling like replacement of oil seals, carbon seals, labyrinth seals, bearings, rotars, Nozzels, Trouble shooting, Governor/adjustments, TTV Valve servicing, checking and clearance (but, tip, labyrinth and bearing etc.)

Centrifugal compressor:

Type: Single and Multistage, Vertically split (barrel) and horizontal split

Make: SOLAR,DRESSER CLARK, DEMAG, MAN TURBO,

NUOVO PIGNONE

Dismantling and recording the clearance. Replacing damaged parts, rotor centering by adjusting of radial and thrust bearing, stage labyrinth replacement, Floating seals and Dry gas seals replacing, coupling, Lube and seal oil system, carried alignments between drivers and driver.

Reciprocating compressor:

Type: Simplex and Multiplex, single or double acting, horizontal, vertical and ‘’ type.

Make: NUOVO PIGNONE, BABCOCK,MITSUBSHI,MITSUI

●Carried overhauling such as Piston and rider rings replacing. Check and correction of cross head clearance and Bearing clearances. Corrections of piston rod run out.

●Servicing and testing of both suction and discharge valves, servicing of forced feed lubricating system. And major overhaul. Checking stand out clearance, suction line Servicing and testing of un loader assembly.

[Rotary Compressor:

Type:Screw

Make: ATLAS COPCO, KAESER,

Lube oil filter, oil separator and air filter removal & replacement. Adjusting timegear and maintaining radial clearance betweenrotors.

Centrifugal pump:

Type: Single & multistage, Vertical & horizontal mounted, Horizontal & casing pumps, overhung, double suction single discharge, inline, sump pumps etc.

Make: SULZER,

●Involved overhauling such as replaced the damaged parts such as impeller’s wear ring, shaft sleeves, mechanical seals, bearings and couplings. Having exposure knowledge of handling different types of mechanical seal as per API 610 & 682. Alignment checking and correction by laser & reverse two dial indication method ( graphical and analytical.

Reciprocating pump:

Type: Piston, plunger and diaphragm pumps, Simplex and multiplex single and double acting.

Make: Involved overhauling such as replacing plunger, diaphragm, crankshaft, bearings, Gland packing etc. Can do servicing and testing of suction and discharge valves.

Blower:

●Overhauling of ID and FD blowers. Replaced the damaged rotors and bearings. Re correct the bearing crush and clearances. Carried out centering the rotor and alignment between blower and driver, maintenance of suctiondampener

Gearbox:

Type: Spur gear, warm and warm wheel, rack and pinion, bevel gear, helical, herring bone

Make: Solar and Ruston and Mitsubishi

●Carried out overhauling such as changing new gears, bearings, check and adjusting backlash & gear contact area, centering the gears. Replaced damaged seals such as lip, Labyrinth and oil seals.

Static Equipments:

●Servicing and testing of following gate, Globe, check, Plug, angle, Diaphragm, ball, Butterfly and Needle valve.

●Maintenance carried out on exchangers like shell and tube and plate exchangers.

●Maintenance of Column and vessel Internals, filters, strainers, reactor, cooling Tower, storage tanks,

●Servicing of Traps.
