Preparing Project plan like, network architecture based on the building plan. Coordinating with Wipro technical people for installing the Hardware and software. Creating time frame for Wipro technical people to finish the particular task on time.

Periodical visit to the Taluk Level Courts for checking the Server Room building and network implementation.
