• Verification of product related documents.

• Continuous inspection of PCBA and Verify the solder paste deposition.

• Ensuring the Baking Process of PCB and MSD Component.

• Verification of components used in PCBA’s using Bill of Material.

• Ensuring the component functionality using component datasheet.

• Ensuring the solderability of every product based on the IPC Standards / Customer Requirement.

• Online problem solving in the Process related issues through root cause and corrective actions.

• Validating the corrective actions and stabilize the process.

• Inspection of PCB through Visual and Scope inspection.

• X-ray inspection of PCB

• Performing Roving and Product audits in the Product lines and ensure the compliance to the Quality Systems and Certification requirements.

• Leading the Quality Team on daily activates like First article inspections, Sampling inspections, FQA, OBA, Line buy off, Line certification.

• Cooperating with IQC (Incoming Quality) to resolve the supplier related issues in the product lines.
