I am a Human Resource Professional with extensive interest in recruitment and ability to negotiate terms effectively with excellent communication skills to enhance strategic plans of an organization.

I have a Master of Business Administration (HR & Marketing) and a Bachelor’s in Engineering (ECE) degree.

Projects

MBA Project - A Study on Employee Vitality in IT Industry Objective: To find out the level of Employee Vitality maintained in the organization and address the perception of employees towards their Job Characteristics, Pro-active Personality and Creative Work Performance. In this study, a cross-sectional research design was implemented, and a convenience sampling was applied.

Study outcome showed that employees have positive discernment towards their vitality in the organization.

My Role:

Collected responses from 75 respondents

Analysed responses using SPSS tool

MBA Project - A Study on Safety Culture in Manufacturing Industry Objective: To inquire about the Safety Culture of the employees with reference to occupational health and safety issues by using the factors like Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment and Normative Commitment. In this study, quantitative research approach is implemented, and a convenience sampling was applied.

Study outcome showed that, employees have positive perception towards safety climate, whereby the organization commitment felt that the safety and health in the Organization is good. My Role:

Engineering Project - Virtual Mouse using Hand Gestures and Colour Detection To create a Virtual mouse system using webcam to interact with the computer and to develop a virtual human computer interaction device under a standardized operating system. As a result, it eliminates the necessity of a mouse and lead to a new era of human computer interaction where no physical contact with the device is required.

The process of gesture recognition using colour detection and various images are captured by using MATLAB simulation.

Summer Project in Adarsha Control and Automation Pvt. Ltd. (Duration - 1month)

Surveyed about how Safety Culture is maintained in the Organization and analysed the result by collecting the data from the employees. Also learned about the recruitment process and how the job is delegating the able person. Core Competencies

Article explores how Safety Culture is maintained in the Organization and the employee's perception about their safety. The results obtained through a study will be helpful in terms of improving and adjusting the current implementation in the organization. Study outcome can be used to improve safety and health in the workplace. Article also cites the need for both the management and employees to play their own roles and own up responsibilities in order to have a safe workplace. Education
