Working in Maharashtra seamless limited in 7 inch plant as assistant engineer in mechanical maintenance hot mill steel pipe from Jan 2018 to march 2020.

Training taken in IOCL Barauni for 6 weeks

Training taken in Bery udyog karnal for 6 months

Modification of machine members and other development activities.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and reports.

Bearings, gearbox overhauling and maintenance (including alignments).

knowledge of all maintenance tools and equipment, as well as general mechanical knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance of Heavy Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment in the plant.

Responsible for complete plant mechanical maintenance activities of Seamless Pipe production process like Rotary Hearth furnace, Piercer, walking beam furnace, cooling bed, conveyers, material handling equipment.

Ensure availability of spare parts for equipment’s for effective and reality running of equipment’s and Vendor qualification process through technical evaluation, cost evaluation and helping procurement for availability of spare part.

Coordination between various departments along with, ISO Documentations and safety coordination.

Academic credential:-

B.tech from Punjab Technical university now known as I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical university with 1st class distinction (75.22%).
