Maintaining repaired spare inventory of various pneumatic control valves, DCVs, actuators, MAC valves, pneumatic cylinders, FRL, furnace fuel injectors, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, PRV, manual operating valves & gear boxes. In order to reduce new spare consumption and cost optimisation.

Responsible for quarterly inspection, half yearly thickness testing and three yearly hydro-testing of pressure vessels (air receivers) of PDCS as per safety standards.

As a SPOC of crane and lifting, responsible for interlock checking, quarterly inspection & colour coding and yearly load testing of EOTs and lifting tools as per safety standards & doing safety gap assessment of EOT cranes.

Identifying critical lift activities and preparing & approving the critical lift plan.

Conducting NDT and MPT for load bearing parts of EOT cranes and lifting tools.

Responsible for maintaining records of EOT cranes and lifting tools inventory list, load test certificates and critical & routine lift activities.
