The first two years I prepared for my career in logic based learning where patient interaction is incorporated in the first few weeks of school. Then the third year I began facilitator directed learning where the students become the teachers in small group settings. Finally, my fourth year was spent applying my knowledge in rotations of the following specialties: hospice care, oncology, infectious diseases (hospital based), ambulatory care, pharmacy literature evaluation, and also of course retail and hospital dispensing.
