Currently working with client Hindustan zinc Ltd. (owned by Vedanta Resources Pvt. Ltd.) as a lead shift Incharge in Paste fill plant at zawar mines, India. I am highly skilled in solving site related critical problems. Expertise in developing man power utilization and managing balance between overall production as well as maintenance to make plant and equipment reliable. Actively involved in commissioning team for Paste fill plant of capacity 47 m^3/hr.

Responsible for analyzing overall monthly operation review parameters & forecasting next month's operation hour planning, inventory planning & spare planning.
