Oversee all aspects of data collection on the IRF-PAI, ensure the presence of supporting documentation and provides staff education to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.

Staff Physical therapist: Evaluation and treatment of functional impairment and documentation of precautions, special problems, contraindications, development of a quality, cost effective treatment plan including long and short terms goals; implementation of or directing implementation of the treatment plan; delegation of appropriate tasks; direction and supervision of support staff in a manner appropriate for the patient's individual needs; reassessment of the patient goals, modification of the treatment plan; and communication/collaboration with the patient and members of healthcare team as appropriate to case managers, physicians, and payors, responsible for assessing the patient, identifying the level of acuity of illness, planning the patient's treatment program, and implementing and directing the program.
