Job Responsibility & Experience

To attend breakdowns, troubleshooting & diagnose the root cause.

Ensure preventive & corrective maintenance activity are performed in timely & efficient manner after doing study of breakdown reports.

Routine inspection & maintenance of upgraded High Pressure Molding machine, 80 Tons Sand Plant(including two 500 kg intensive mixers), 500 KW induction furnace & a shot blast machine.

To ensure & to serve 3 Tons EOT crane, 2 ton cranes, all types of hoist & three 40HP air compressor.

Making reports of MTTR & MTBF twice a year, making plans of preventive maintenance & to keep history cars updates as per ISO 9001:2015.

Communicates directly with the production department to co-ordinate maintenance & repair work.

Taking responsibility for all required installation, planning, plant modification & final documentation for maintenance department.
