Analyze part design and responsible in selection of Tools for various types of materials.

Assembles new tool kits and upgrades and maintain existing tool kits.

Responsible in reworking of damaged tools.

Responsible for taking care of tooling kits and obsolete tooling.

Monitoring Tools life for every tool in an authorized manner.

Full knowledge on high precision fine boring bars, machining inserts, drills and taps.

Receives, stores and issue tools, machine fixture tools, dies, measuring devices, materials and supplies.

Conduct daily cycle counts of spare part inventories.

Stock control of tool crib including establishment of reorder point and quotation using SAP.

Full knowledge of material handling equipment and hand, machine and measuring tools.

Fair knowledge on calculation of cutting speed, feed, tool rpm and cone tip depth for inserts drills and taps.
