CNC Programming for Plasma cutting machine and proper monitoring & coaching for operators for fool proofing.

Material procurement (Steel structure, fittings, Machines/Machine parts & paint) and controlling store personnel for the inventory management & delivery of finished product.

Coordinating with design department for the variation & client requirement and advising them if there is any issue during production process.

Instructing purchase department for the purchase of standard products/parts according to the client satisfaction.

Relevant documentation of Job order, production planning, Job cards, Shop dispatch advise till delivery/handing over.
