Ludvik 2020 Salt Lake City Utah Airport Expansion Project

Senior Project Manager with a contractual value of $170-million Inclusive of knowledge of all contractual requirements and negotiation aspects of constructing a building utilizing both 3rd party vendors and 350 in house employess. Including, but not limited to, working within the realm of site work, concrete, masonry, steel enclosure, finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Additional knowledge in industrial and process manufacturing equipment coordination and installation. The installation and commissioning of various (BMS) Building Monitoring Systems, (BHS) Baggage Handling System, using (SIP) type Session Initiation Protocols all within the mandatory state and Federal rules and regulations.

Matanuska Co-operative 2017-2020 Alaska

Field Services Provider on a 30 million-dollar build to deliver the infrastructure for future 5G, Autonomous, Data Center solutions. All requiring a complete understanding of all associated trades to build the support system for (BMS) Building Monitoring Systems and working within existing (EEW) energized electrical systems.

General Dynamics – 2016-2017 (Salt Lake City, Utah)

Engineering Manager, Vendor Manager and SME for a 100-multimillion dollar plus initiative to deploy and provide construction service under current safety, quality control/quality assurance standards utilizing both 3rd party vendors and 100 plus in house staff members.

Peak Oil Field Services, Field Services 2015 Alaska

Service Manager over Business Development and Management of an existing million dollar a day Division. Developed quality assurance standards and procedures, instituted corrective action and follow-up. Ensured timely completion of all projects, commissioning aspects for the hand off to the client.
