August 2017 – January 2021 FAST Consortium- Alstom Riyadh Metro Project, Riyadh, KSA PSD Engineer- Site Leader As part of Riyadh Metro Project execution and delivery that costs 7.82bn US$, I was leading the processes of Platform Screen Doors (PSD) Installations in Line 5 that contains 12 Stations. I was responsible for site supervision and managing subcontractors to produce best deliverables for Alstom Company. I was Reporting To PSD Site Manager on Daily basis, and coordinating with Quality, Safety, OPC Teams and external stakeholders to solve all site clashes that will effect our target. Steel Structure Frames, Scada Screens and Electrical Cables connections through cable trays, trunking and conduits were included in my Tasks. In addition, I was involved in PSD Testing and Commissioning. I achieved the handover stage with consultant and client representative and represented Alstom company in a good manner. Page 2 of 2

Princess Nora University Project, Riyadh, KSA Track Engineer - Site Civil Engineer As a part of construction Team in Princess Nora University Project that cost 3.75bn US$, I was responsible for the execution of structural works such as steel reinforcement of foundations, columns, beams, core walls and slabs; as well as finishing works, such as marble, ceramic, linoleum and vinyl flooring; acoustical and GB ceiling; masonry works, wall plastering and painting; GFRC panels; curtain wall; furniture fit out.

I was involved Several building parts of the project, such as King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz University Hospital, Central Library, scientific research centers and university housing. I was Supervising and Monitoring in house teams and subcontractors, cost controlling them, day to day coordination with quality team to provide best quality deliverables for client. Ensuring Safety requirements on site by daily coordination with safety department. Sep 2013 – Sep 2014 HAT for Contracting & Development Hazmieh Backyard Mall and Residential Buildings Project, Beirut, Lebanon Site Civil Engineer The project includes one Mall that contains several restaurants, bars and urban green spaces; also, the project contains several luxury buildings near the mall that costs 20 Million $. I joined HAT that was the main contractor of the project that established structural and finishing works. I was responsible for Supervising and Monitoring Structural and finishing installations; Day to Day Site Management and reporting. Efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines, checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. Successfully implementing project cost control procedures and project monitoring to ensure quality construction. In addition, I have been completed the achievement of handover directly to the client.
