Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL),

a World’s Second largest Zinc Producer, Vedanta Limited, Rajasthan Process and Quality control Engineer 18th December 2019 – Till date

Responsible for process management and quality control and the entire operational control of 1.5 MTPA treatment capacity plant independently and additionally to audit and monitor different processing areas to avert any breakdowns and to ensure availability of equipment.

Developing preventative/predictive/innovative plans to improve process and equipment performance.

Working with interdepartmental (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) teams at all levels of management to accomplish tasks. Performing improvement projects through SIX sigma methodology by identifying and controlling the major impacted KPI’s which helps in increasing the sigma level of the current process, and also helps in increasing the profit considerably.

Co-ordinate short-term and long-term projects to improve plant metallurgical and cost performance.

Work actively on continuous improvement and cost reductions to achieve the company's financial objectives.
