FORMAN PLUMBER, MARES COSTRUCTION AND UTILITIES

Installed water lines ran copper, pex, galvanized, black pipes schedule 40 and 80, hydraulic lines, poly gas line installation of yellow and black pipping, plastic PVC and CPVC, hard copper silver solder, drainage pipes for sewer lines, drainage systems, HVAC systems, and other plumbing systems. I cut and threaded lines, use compounds to seal connections, connect valves, and solder pipes as needed. When necessary I bended pipes to fit specific angles using a pipe-bending machine. I replace and repair plumbing fixtures and appliances from kitchen and bathroom sink faucets to showerheads, repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures, replace washers and rubber gaskets in faucets and showerheads or replace entire fixtures. I also installed and repair garbage disposals, water softeners, water heaters, and dishwashers. I would troubleshoot plumbing problems and used various methods to detect leaks, determine problems with disposals or dishwashers, and read pressure gauges to measure accurate water pressure. I determine which parts need to be replaced, wrote up estimates, and discuss repairs and costs with home and business owners. I perform maintenance on plumbing systems regularly checking systems to ensure proper operations. I inspected toilets, sinks, dishwashers, replaced diaphragms on flush, rebuild and inspected back flows and replaced shock primers and other appliances for leaks, replace worn gaskets and O-rings, unclog drains, monitor systems for pressure loss, and adjust water pressure as needed.
