Planning and execution of Operation and Preventive maintenance of Chillers Daikin (water cooled 15X 1000TR ),Trane

(Air cooled 4X270TR) and McQuay (Air cooled 12X 250TR) chiller, package unit (150 X 11TR ), FCU (1500X 5TR), AHU (600 X 36000CFM ), Variable Air Volume units,, split Air conditioning, CRAC units and associated pumps and cooling tower.

AHU's Coil and package unit's pre-filter cleaning, pumps strainer cleaning, refrigerant gas pressure checking, chiller condenser coil washing and prepare the maintenance and breakdown reports.

Preparing daily reports, incident report, monthly report, annual, preventive annual maintenance schedules.

Direct and supervise a team of 80 maintenance technician & Operator on a day-to-day basis and coordinate their schedules to provide timely visits to clients.

Conduct energy audits to identify areas where efficiency can be improved for lower operational costs and greater environmental comfort.

Extensive knowledge of Plumbing (water supply system, drainage system) along with special leak detection system. Mesopotamia L.L.C. for General Contracting – Facilities Engineer-MEP Qatar-(From Oct 2015 to Feb 2020).

Responsible for all Maintenance issues.

Analyze and evaluate A.M.C, Operational Risk & execution plan.

Using B.M.S. & SCADA system to operate all Equipment’s and System and CMMS, CAFM and CRM software to operate all customers’ requests.

Oversee annual service works on chillers, cooling towers and pump systems to optimize operation of the systems.

Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required.

Implementing high quality MEP maintenance services, including required Preventive maintenance to minimize the break downs, improving the service provided to the building which is an added value for the property.

Good Experience in Maintenance Scheduling & Planning.

Maintenance of all buildings fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and act when any unsafe situations arise.

Responsible for the health and safety of the building.

Communicate directly and indirectly with the tenants and service providers to ensure the implemented works are in line with the company guidelines and authorities’ regulations.
