Over all control & maintain of all store functions like receipt, Issue, Internal / External movement of material from store.
Adept at handling day to day activities / Functions in co ordination with internal and external departments for smooth operations.
Material received from the material gate. Checking physically MRN with tagging on each items and gat the same inspected from QC department.
Material receipt as per purchase order.
Manpower handling and complete the target.
Keep the rejection status and sent to the suppliers on time.
ABC analysis $ 5S & FIFO maintain in store area.
Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in store for all the required items
Maintain GRN/MRN
Maintain monthly stock register
Maintain all general reports on computer.
Maintain the receipt and issue the material.
Maintain the gate pass (NRGP/RGP) for the job work.
Follow the shortage list from purchase department .
Maintain the physical stock of critical material to weekly basis.
Stock updating after the quality inspection.
Maintain the excise document of proper way.
Maintain the material issue list as per production plan.
Maintain the slow moving & non moving inventory
Maintain the outside lone statement
Maintain the raw material ledger statement
