• Worked on a team to develop, design, and implement a Trouble Activity Reporting system to go with the Telephone Equipment Inventory System. (MARTENS) This system was written in COBOL, Easytrieve, IDMS/ADSO 4GL.

• Developed and maintained the on-line Work Management System using structured analysis techniques including process specifications and Warnier/Orr diagrams.
