Review of design drawings, Technical Co-ordination meetings, Minutes of meetings, Progress Monitoring, Correspondence with Main Contractors and Consultants.

Quantities take off of all MEP drawing (Design, IFC & variation) and preparing BOQ for clients.

Lead the team of technicians and supervisors to effectively perform the projects

Preparation of submittals for Material, Shop Drawing, and RFI for consultant/client approval.

Making of Shop drawings (AUTOCAD), SLDS, and Load schedule as per DEWA/SEWA/ADWEA regulation.

Installation of Main distribution boards (MDB’s), sub main distribution boards

(SMDB’s), final distribution boards (FDB’s) and Cable Termination.

Installation of all types of Electrical panels like Control and Relay Panels, AC/ DC Control Panels, PLC Panels, MCC Panels, ATS Panels.

Cable size calculation, continuity test, wire selecting & testing and rating of circuit breakers, Power Factor Checking.
