I am submitting the following information in support of Marty’s application for a position with your organization. Our organization, Reed Atwood Builders Inc., has employed Mr. Wandler as a Site Superintendent for close to two years

As Site Superintendent, Marty was responsible for supervising 10-50 contractors on any given day. A large part of Marty’s duties included monitoring all aspects of construction and being sure that it met both his and the customers high standards. Marty’s has worked in and around the Edmonton area and is familiar with many skilled contractors that are not only happy with having worked with him, but look forward to being able to work with him again.

Marty’s last project with us was a $2,000,000 renovation in Ryley Alberta. He saw the project through to completion and spent many extra hours on site to make sure the client was happy. He went above and beyond to make sure the project was finish and looked great.

I’m sorry to lose Marty, but with the shutting down of the company I cannot provide enough work to keep him busy. I am confident that his resourcefulness, intelligence, and self-motivation will make him successful as a part of your organization. I recommend him without reservation.
