Ran a “Decon” crew for pipe trees and transmitters to ensure turnaround and routine maintenance crews had steady replacement pipe trees and spools to tie into main lines.

Oversaw the construction of 4 new laydown yards for tank group/major maintenance groups in Motiva PAR

Ensured that all piping and line tie ins were ready and available weeks prior to turnaround/routine maintenance job kick offs.
