F: - NATURE OF JOB: -

Working as Instrument Planning Engineer @ PACE PROCESS CONTROLS Pvt Ltd, @ MRPL, Mangalore (MRPL+ ONGC Refinery), Karnataka since Feb’21.

Handling all Instrument construction activities @ SRU & FGTU (BS-VI) Project as per EIL’s Drawings (P&IDs, GA, HOOK-Ups, Isometric, Cable Schedules and Loop-Drawings) & set Parameters.

Activities involves as JB placement, Tray & Duct minimum routes deciding, Cable laying & terminations, Stands & Stanchions, Air header placements & air line extensions, Impulse preparations, Gauges/ Transmitters/Indicators/Detectors installations, Valve Box-up, Punch point attending & resolving, Quality checking, Design fault analysis & Execution, DPR, Reports & Measurements assessments, Hot & Cold loop-checking, Process line instrument loop checking and Calibrations.

Attending regular project planning meetings with EIL, Reporting collecting & presenting on daily basis, available work front analysis on daily basis between various teams & allocation of man power as per requirements, performance analysis of Workers & Staff.

Erection, installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting various electronics and pneumatic instrument use to make measurement and control different parameter, like temperature, flow, level, pressure.

Servicing and calibration knowledge of primary element to final control element like thermocouple, RTD, Gauge, switches, i.p converter, controller and control valves related all parameters process instrument like of different manufacturing comp. like yokogawa, masibus, Honeywell, ABB, Siemens, Bellows, Fisher, Emerson, rotex.
