PROJECT ENGINEER, CUPERTINO ELECTRIC INC.

San Mateo Wastewater Treatment Nutrient Removal and Reclamation Plant, SMWWTP Worked closely with the Project Manager, Safety Superintendent, and General Foreman in the process of performing essential duties. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and management of estimates and take-offs for different project equipment deliverables. This includes coordination with project stakeholders – Architects, Engineers, Clients, and 3rd party associations that prioritize in pre-construction, installation, and start-up and testing.

• Managed Contracted Maintenance vendors for quoted equipment delivery, service repairs, and any changes to which would include invoicing and quoted PR submittals.

• Support field with gathering of data and documentation for all types of power and control systems as needed. Includes configuration management, asset management, and real-time monitoring of equipment procurement.

• Assist with production and completion of construction documents, schematic diagrams, pathways, wiring diagrams, bill of materials, and associated P&ID drawings as needed for project completion.

• Produce and coordinate scope of work documents and project requirements. This includes managing project life cycle of the following equipment; switchboards, panelboards, UPS systems, ATS/MTS systems, LV Distribution Transformers, MV Power Transformers, and protection throughout project.

• Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering SOW and PO agreements to equipment vendors and other subcontractors.

FIELD ENGINEER, SUNDT CONSTRUCTION INC.

SEWPCP Headworks Facility, SFPUC Contract No. WW-628. Support construction of an effluent pumping station and new headworks facility. Responsibilities include:

• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including subcontractors and owner representatives coordinating meetings and resolving concerns that could potentially affect substantial completion.

• Maintained as built contract documents and compiled close out requirements, including operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and other job specific items.

• Supervise construction progress and oversee quality personnel for multiple on-site work inspections to maximize the effectiveness of construction delivery to time, budget, and quantify objectives. AUGUST 2018 – MAY 2019
