HCM has come with the human resources (HR) function in organizations. It contains the modules like Core HR, payroll, recruitment, performance management and time& attendance management.
• Payroll Module: Salary processing module which stores the set of employee’s pay set data that contains only the pay elements like leave, tax, login-logout data, CTC details, etc..
• Time and Attendance & Leave Management: The purpose of this module is to maintain the leave data and information i.e, Leave application initiation, its approval/rejection from their respective reporting person through an extensive set of user-defined parameters, available in the application.
• Core HR: This helps to maintain the employee information, transfers, promotions, deputations travel expenses, reimbursement etc.. Roles and Responsibilities :
• Creating DB Objects such as tables, procedures, functions for biz requirement.
• Involved in requirement gathering, analysis and understanding the business logic.
• Creating and Scheduling SQL Job for automating the data processing.
• Involved in tuning the performance of the query whenever required.
• Developing report with respect to the processed data.
• Understanding the process of applying and approving through application with appropriate workflow setup.
• Understanding the process and configuration of Mail IT for applying the leave and authorization of leave application.
