Current Responsibilities in CCILIP (Value Spaces) (May-2019 till date): Spearheading the project team and managing development of 22 lac sqft of warehousing logistic and industrial parks development at Chennai, AP and Kolkata. In CBRE (Mar-2016 till Apr-2019):

As a Project Leader, lead the Project Management team for following project assignments:

● IndoSpace Logistic & Industrial Park projects spread in an approx. area of 200 acres with proposed built up area of 38,00,000 sqft at Badli and Bhaproda, Jhajjar, Haryana.

● JKS Infrastructure’s Logistic Park project spread in an approx. area of 30 acres with built up area of 7,50,000 sqft at Pathredi, Manesar, Gurgaon.

Apart from current projects, proficiently managed construction works of Mentor Graphics IT Campus project at Sector-142, Noida, with built up area of 3,60,000 Sq. Ft. approx., comprising of 2 basements G+10 floors.

In JLL (May-2012 till Feb-2016):

Novartis Udaan (R&D Centre) (July-2015-till Feb-2016) As Project Manager looked after the Novartis Udaan project at Hitech City, Hyderabad, with 8, 50,000 Sq. Ft built up area, where has been doing the entire project Base build works monitoring and coordination. Proficiently handled the approvals on pending items, construction management of this project by on the site coordination & meetings with stakeholders.
