Testing Project

Project Overview :

The aim of the project is to test the various functionalities of the incident management module in "ServiceNow" application. The scope of the testing is to test create, update, assign, resolve, delete incident features.

Responsibilities:

Performed requirement analysis and identified test scenarios using the requirement document.

Designed the test cases for the identified test scenarios. Automated the designed test cases using Selenium 4. created test reports using TestNG
