Design and Analysis of Disc Brake Rotor

A brake is a mechanical device which slowing or stopping a moving object or preventing its motion. This work deals with the thermal analysis of disc brake of a vehicle. Heat generation and dissipation of disc brake are analysed. The objective of this work is to investigate and analyze the temperature distribution of rotor disc during operation using Ansys.
