AREA OF EXPERTISE:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sr.Project Engineer:

■ Administer the construction process of Electrical & ELV activities and management against appropriate construction program through proper planning, execution and monitoring

■ Studying tender drawing, specification/contract document and raise the quarry to consultant/client for preparing the drawings & solve the problem if any at the starting stage

■ Managing a team of engineers & CAD technicians, project planning, resource allocations for various projects.

■ Overall Execution of Electrical & Low current system works at site as per approved drawings and in compliance with Local Electricity and Civil Defence Authorities Regulations.

■ Lighting & power point wiring, testing, and commissioning, Cable tray work, Cable lying & termination and Earthing.

■ Electrical Systems like LV Panels, Capacitor Panels, SMDB and DBS

■ Fire Alarm system, Emergency light, Voice Evacuation, Building Management System, Structured Cable System, CCTV Security and Access Control System, Boom Barrier

■ Erection and commissioning of Transformer, HT/LT Breakers.

■ Working out resource requirement for each activity and produce resource requirements.

■ Liaising with Consultants and Subcontractors in MEP Works.

■ Assessment and preparing for required materials and equipment for the work site.

■ Preparation of Voltage Drop Calculation for cable to wires for the complete project, testing & commissioning for Various Equipment Like LV Panels, Pumps, AHU’s, FCU’s Various Fans

■ Adept in swiftly ramping up projects in close co-ordination with clients, contractors & Consultants and ensuring on time deliverables.

■ Approved as an Electrical Engineer by many prestigious consultants like Chawla consultant, Dubai Consultant, AEC Consultant Abu Dhabi, & NEB, CEC, etc.

■ Coordination of works with Main contractors, sub contractors, consultants and also with Architects, Monitor the supply of materials, Ensure works are carried out safety in Accordance with company safety policy.
