Exploring Gigabit Connectivity in Berks County through Public-Private Partnerships Summer 2016
Completed a 5-week research project exploring the benefits of gigabit connectivity, including smart-city technology, and how the surrounding community could implement this aspect.
Interviewed 10 municipality officials to receive information on their technology use, and toured data centers of different sizes to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of each municipality. This allowed me to provide possible cost consolidation recommendations.
