Migration of Actuate server to Jasper for all the 34 applications under GSA framework. The migration of Actuate reports to Jasper reports, which enabled State Street to retire one of their Actuate server instances. The overall program spanned 11 months during which 550 reports from three major business lines of Global Client Services Application
(GSA), Wealth Management System (WMS) and Extended Enterprise (EE) were migrated. 1. Handled a team of 10 members providing them good initiatives and ideas to ensure test coverage.
2. Report comparison before and after migration from actuate to Jasper server. 3. Automated macro comparison tool used for saving the manual efforts spent on excel report comparison
4. Many rounds of regression testing for ensuring the maximum test coverage. 5. Automation scripts execution using Ranorex and TAF for the reports testing. 6. Status reporting and attend all the meetings with the stakeholders from multiple teams,
