The Automobile Association/July ‘16 to present
Role: QA Test Team Lead @Offshore/UAT Team Lead @ Onsite Description: The AA is a British motoring association founded in 1905, which currently provides vehicle insurance, driving lessons, breakdown cover, loans, motoring advice, road maps and other service.
Scope: Successfully tested, delivered all the new requirements in PEGA based Cathie application– an end to end online customer service portal featured with policy quote creation, policy sale, Midterm adjustments, Cancellations, Correspondence & so-on. Types of policies covered: Road & EBC (European Breakdown Cover)
Responsibilities:
Promoted to serve as lead QA tester, overseeing quality-assurance testing and teams for client software and systems development projects. Performed system, E2E, regression, stress and data interface testing. Provided client teams with detailed reports on quality metrics, identified bugs/flaws and recommended fixes

Role: Functional & UAT team – Tester
Description: FWD, an insurance company that provides fast, direct and secure insurance products at Singapore. Testing scope is the new online web portal (Isobar/Ebao) contains features of quote creation, policy sale for their products such as Car, Motor & Personal Accident. Scope: Successfully tested, delivered the newly developed application Isobar and Ebao with new system, business requirements
Responsibilities:
Analyzed Business requirements for testability.
Conducted formal and informal reviews throughout the software testing lifecycle to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules and potential issues. Scope: The Sales Material Review Unit is one Web application where the NYL agents submit their sales submissions form to NYL reviewers for review & Approval. Functional/UI testing was done in this project by QA team. Roles access & entitlements for various NYL Agents/Employees applicable in each unit.
SMRU 2015 Release – Tested SMRU application in AGILE mode. Along with, migration testing was performed by comparison of records from old application E- room or VB6 with the new application SMRU (new share point). Other major NYL migration testing projects handled: GME, Nautilus, Team site (Agent/Corporate), Eagle, Gift log and Customer commitment.
Responsibilities:
Reviewed the client user stories and raised the clarification to confirm the requirement.
Executed test scripts, and test execution approach documents using QTP.
Performed Integration, Functional, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, Graphical User-Interface (GUI), End-to-End testing.

Mainly dealt with the BAU production defects (Off-cycle release). VPAS is the main application where there are commission rules to follow with the tables “Prodcommtrlref & productcommagreement”. Responsibilities:
Analyzed Business requirements for testability.
Involved in Functional Testing & Regression Testing.
Used Quality Center to report defects and track them throughout the defect life cycle.
